ONLY If you have purchased the Rocket Point of Sale directly from DotDude.com, Inc., the Rocket Point of Sale includes 30 days support with ((1) Dial-In and 30 minutes talk support) or (1) hour of talk support, whichever comes first. Any Upgrade or Add-Ons includes 30 minutes of talk support or (1) dial-in within the first 10 days of purchase. Your dealer, as a minimum, should provide you with the above support times and limits.

Description Comments
EMAIL SUPPORT Email support is free for the first year after purchasing your software and add-ons. If a problem cannot be resolved after 3 emails, you will need to purchase a support call or dial-in with us. Email support is for Normal Business Hours only.
REPAIR CORRUPTED DATA FILES This option will allow us to dial into your system and rebuild your data files if they should become corrupt. Corruption is usually caused by a power failure, power spike or turning off the CPU without exiting the POS. Data file fix usually takes an hour or so to complete. 
CALL IN SUPPORT This support item will allow you to talk to our support staff, up to 15 minutes or solve one major support problem, which ever occurs first. Normal business hours considered 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST. Call back time is within (15) fifteen minutes typically. 
DIAL-IN SUPPORT This support item will allow our support staff to dial-into your computer to help you live and online. Time limit is 20 minutes or one major problem, which ever comes first. Normal business hours considered 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST. Dial-In time is within (15) fifteen minutes typically. Your computer MUST have an internet connection for this option. 
SUPPORT AGREEMENT (1 YEAR) This support option is for Normal Business hours only. You get up to 4 hours of support talk time and 2 dial-ins (data-file repair included) for (1) year after purchase. Normal business hours considered 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST. There may be extra charges if support required After Hours.
