These dealers may, in fact, charge you an additional amount for their version of the Rocket POS to cover these custom enhancements. The SQL products and the PDA products should only be attempted by those are are extremely familiar with MS-SQL, Internet Routers, Static IPs, Remote Access and Internet Protocols. NO SUPPORT is included with these products.
